We regret to inform that your demolition contract dated (August 6 2013) for the following project has been terminated effective immediately for the following reasons.


  1. Abandonment of job as of August 19 2013 

  1. We paid you the agreed the $3250.00 up front per your request; and you were to finish the job for the final payment as agreed.

  1. We gave you an additional $750.00 payment so you could pay your employees) draw against you contract and you made the following agreement signed by you on 08-17-2013 and witnessed by Contractor Rep. You did Not pay your employees as promised….You  Sir keep all of the MONEY!

  1. You have been paid a total of $4000.00 and may have paid out $700.00 towards the job according to your employees. and you Sir have left us with a major disaster such as you only completed (25%) of the work, you Sir left dangerous walls in place Not braced that could fall onto the general public. You Sir told your employees that you were coming to job to pay them including a lady you hired from the adjacent apartment complex. You used U-Haul trucks to haul away debris and had your employee put it in his name so he could pay the bill for you?

  1. You Sir do not have the experience that you said that you have in fact you do not know how to adjust a hard hat?

 
  1. According to your conviction PUBLIC records you have many crimes such as Thefts of checks and committed fraud, etc. We should have checked your back ground first; if we had we could not hire felons like yourself for all of the oblivious reasons. You Sir have a history of ripping people off according to RIPOFFREPORT.COM and other reporting agencies including  other contractors, employees who have called us

  1. Few more violations below.

  1. With this draw request subcontractor agrees in return to continue his contract and job obligations with no job interruptions and or further delays.

  1. Subcontractor agrees to have a minimum of (five workers) working on job site until project is completed per subcontractors projected completion date of August 21 2013 

  1. Subcontractor agrees to remove all trash daily per contract.


  1. Subcontractor requested that GC make his check out to (Yesenia Villegas) due to his driver’s license has expired.

  1. 3. Subcontractors shall clean up their debris each day, if not Contractor may back charge for cleaning up debris.

  1. 4. Subcontractor is legally bound to complete, honor said contract, project, prices submitted to contractor, permits with said cities as required. Subcontractor shall perform all associated work, etc. with each trade task unless exclusions have been added to this agreement.

  1. 5. Subcontractor agrees to supervise their employees, contractors, agents, vendors to insure project safety and quality assurance for said project. 

  1. 6. Subcontractor is responsible for adequately protecting the work site, from the weather elements, rain, fire hazards, masking floors, counter tops, finish fixtures, cover roofs, set barricades over floors, ground openings and walls to be concealed on a daily basic due to work scope. 
                                          
  1. 10. Subcontractor agrees to have their Insurance Company send us and shall (Additionally) INSURE Contractor, onto their General Liability policy which shall be no less than a (1) million dollar policy without lapse before payments are released.
 
  1. Estimated Project duration: 6-8 days

  1. We have had to hire another company to take over your Abandonment of job, contract and your legal oblations as of August 19 2013.

  1. You Sir have cost us just in lost time and the time it takes to hire another company $950.00

  1. We have to pay $2000.00 dollars above your contract to get this job completed.
 

We are requesting you to pay us for the losses that we have had to endure, suffer due to your actions ($6150.00) in a cashier checks made out to Contractor within 10 days of receipt of the request. If we do not receive our payment we shall have our attorney contact you with the same request and use all legal means available to us as allowed by law.


We shall not let your company damage our reputation, project any further then you already have. We have all been very patient with you as noted. Please be advised Contractor and Owner may at our desecration seek legal counsel regarding any money, claims, and damages, liability issues arising out of this agreement as noted in the contract and terms and conditions that your firm may be found responsible for.
